DKND provides services on preparation of tender application documents for public tenders and public private partnership (PPP) tenders, representation of clients before official authorities, attendance to negotiations, structuring consortiums, drafting partnership agreements between the consortium members, drafting agreements between consortium and the contractor(s) and sub-contractor(s), giving legal opinion(s) in accordance with the current laws and regulations, submission of legal services for the disputes arising between the private and public parties.
