Nazlı DERVISOĞLU DOĞAN is the founding partner of DKND Law Firm. She is also an expert mediator registered in the Mediation Registry of the T.R. Ministry of Justice.

Nazlı graduated from Başkent University, Faculty of Law with honors degree. She also holds a L.L.M degree in Capital Markets Law at University of Ankara, Turkey and a L.L.M degree in International Commercial Law at the University of Exeter, England.

She worked as a legal consultant at the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources of the Republic of Turkey. During this duty, she followed up cases related to energy and mining law and conducted studies on international arbitration cases in ICC and ICSID arbitration centers arising from energy investment disputes to which the Republic of Turkey is a party.

Later, she worked as a senior lawyer in Turkey’s leading law firms mainly in the field of corporate consultancy. 

Nazlı DERVISOĞLU DOĞAN provides advocacy and legal consultancy services to domestic and foreign clients in the fields of corporate law, (international) commercial law, labor law, capital markets law and public tenders and public-private partnership (PPP) projects. 

Nazlı represents clients before Turkish courts in matters related to her areas of expertise.
