İbrahim Kürşat DOĞAN is the founder and managing partner of DKND Law Firm. He is also an expert mediator registered in the Mediation Registry of the Ministry of Justice.

Kürşat graduated from Başkent University, Faculty of Law in 2005.

Kürşat provides advocacy and legal consultancy services to domestic and foreign clients in the fields of mergers and acquisitions, (international) trade, capital markets, mining, and renewable energy. Kürşat also has extensive experience in franchise, distributorship, and sole dealership agreements. Kürşat manages the legal compliance processes of companies. Provides consultancy within the scope of compliance with the Personal Data Protection (Personal Data Protection) legislation. He also provides training to company executives and employees on Personal Data Protection legislation, international contracts, international transportation, and other legal issues.

Kürşat represents clients before Turkish courts in matters related to his areas of expertise.
